Just be mindful of hot intake temperatures.
 
Even with modest boost like 6psi, that will easily be enough to break something if you happen to flat-foot it somewhere in a hurry!  Best thing to do would be to look into some water/meth injection - cheap(ish) and easy to set up.

Stock IAT is integrated into the MAF.  Any decent PFC/Scanner device will report on it.

Car is looking good!
Be interesting to see this at the next meet when I finally decide to come to another one.
Be interesting to compare the difference with a low boost turbo vs roots blower on these cars.
Water/methanol might be a good idea but you will properly need a programmable ecu otherwise you might run rich when it is injecting the water/meth mixture (this is what happened to mine)

well very sad day as my spyder has gone to its new home up northern nsw to a very happy older lady which im happy about, she was almost in tears of excitement when she seen it so makes me feel very happy with selling it
but exciting things to come with our wreck spyder which were setting up as our track car!
