RS3200 Remote Entry Control Unit

Looking for the control unit (lives under drivers footwell) for the dealer fitted OEM Remote keyless Entry and Alarm  VIP RS3200 (not plus) for a 2001 Spyder.  In Aus the 00,01 & some 02 were Port Fitted with this system before delivery.  It involved a harness install along with the control unit.  A lot have been replaced with aftermarket systems.  Whoever did the aftermarket job in mine left all the harness mods but ditched the control unit.  If you have or know of one would love to take it off your hands.
