front sway bar brackets

Hi everyone,
just wondering what people make of this? Just bought a new swaybar from whiteline (20mm upgrading from 18) and  the bushings are a different height... I think I may have turfed the old sway bar mounting brackets so I don't have a comparison, but my question is would these yellow bushings fit the stock brackets perhaps? Are the stock ones larger in height? I could fab up some new brackets fairly easily I suppose, but would be a lot simpler just to pick up some old ones from a wreck. Unfortunately I can't hack the end of them off either because there wouldn't be enough material between the bar and the chassis. Yellow ones are whiteline in the pic below; they came with 2 sets of different heights. Red ones are my current "prothane" type bushings.
Cheers guys, Ed

That seems to be what I recieved when I bought my Whiteline front bar.
One set of bushes fitted my '90 model brackets exactly except that they were a bit too tall.
It was important not to squeeze them too tight, so I simply fitted 3 mm aluminum spacers under the brackets. (I also used the stock bolts)

Here's an idea......use a hacksaw and cut 10mm off the bottom of bush.
                       Looks like it would work.

Nah I can't unfortunately, there won't be enough material between the chassis and sway bar, the new ones have the hole a bit too low so would make a very weak bushing

i just bought some body washers (big wide washers) and used them as spacers... seems to be working.
