BOV piece coming off

Hey so this bit not sure exactly what it's called but where the BOV is keeps popping off and lately the car doesn't seem as powerful as it was I use to be able to feel when the turbo kicked in it pulled alot and lately it's just been a steady increase could this be the cause? If not could this be a big issue could I just wrap some electric tape around it to keep it sealed?

    Thats an important part of your bov, it needs to be sealed for it ti work properly.take it off and use some good glue instead of tape.
