and most of my tools are gone
thousands of dollars

We cancelled our insurance when we moved to Adelaide
After living in south west sydney for years without a problem it seemed unnecessary

You know what,
They took my $20 set of bunnings gear spanners but left my $300 powerbuilt set that was sitting right next to them.

our garage door remotes are really sensitive
one of them must of been bumped before we went to bed and the door stayed open all night

Sorry to hear thats really unfortunate. I would definitely get insurance and fix up that remote. Nothing worse than being burgled. :(

That must suck.
Look at the plus side though, they took what they could and left.
Consider it lucky they didnt break into your house or cause harm to yourself or anyone else in your home.
