Haven't put in an update in ages!
Since the last post a little bit of work has been done to the car.
Put in the koni shocks, which are awesome!
Also did a bit of work to fix the dead zone in the steering rack. Changed the inner tie rods which helped improve the steering but there is still a bit of play. I did a bit of research and i think it is due to the plastic bushing which sits next to the passenger side inner tie rod. Will have look at it sometime.
Also put in a Quaife Quick rack. Even though the steering gets a bit heavy while parking, it is by no means overwhelming and i absolutely love it. Makes the steering that little bit more fun.
Besides that an alignment was done after the rack was put in which really helped make the handling less twitchy.
Im very lazy when it comes to photos but i took a few after a car wash:

I am currently working over in perth and unfortunately had to leave the car behind for a couple of months

...... but it gives me enough time to save up for my next purchase, which is gonna be tyres! woo
Been doing a bit of research and am tossing up between getting dunlop star specs or yokohama AD08's but also considering losing the stretched look if i'm going to invest in those tyres. Having said that my rims are 15x8 +25 and while 205/50r15 would only be a tiny stretch and acceptable im sure it would rub like all hell considering the ones i have now already rub.
So chances are im gonna lose the flush look and get some new rims also

...... am looking at getting some Enkei Rpf1's in 15x7 +35 and possibly having 195/50 up front and 205/50 in the back to accommodate for the extra power. Would that be a wise idea for an SC model?
Will update when i get back to driving in Melboune!
