Part Number required for both rear CV Boot's

Guys,

I checked the online Parts catalogue and there are 2 part numbers for the CV boot kits. Any idea's on the differences between them? (I thought they would have been the same through all of the revisions)

I've got a 1992 JDM with the later brakes, crossmember, LSD Turbo.

Cheers!

oh never seen that before, thats great!
my local repco had the one i needed $15 so i was ok with that.
Has anyone changed a CV with the whole axel out of the car?

I have the RH Axel out as i am doing my clutch and i obviously cannot undo the allen head bolts with the axel on the bench, is there a trick that someone knows of to lock the axel still?
Or do i need to install it into the car and put the handbrake on? cause that would just be a pain!!

I have a set both left and right for replacement set , gasket , rubber boots and grease, gee i have even new CV joints as i upgraded my new axles with the CRW CV joints.

As far as undoing the allen bolts thats easy just put it into a vice with timber and undo

Yeah, I ended up getting new CRW CV's in the end. He can supply just the boots if you need too. I've got the old CV's in perfect Nick if anyone's interested. I didn't keep the old boots.

    Good Luck!
