Recommended air con guy in sydney? Works on high setting

Anyone have a recommendation on air cond guy for an mr2?

    Hurstville area...
     
    Did a bit of checking last night, and as far as i can tell the major components appear ok.
    I do get cold air but only on the max fan setting, any less and its ambient temperature.
    Sight glass looks foggy when running, so i am hoping its just a gas top up...
