Ive owned the car for close to ten years, its been through lots of stages of modification over the years, and i think im somewhere (motor wise) that im happy with. The major engine modifications are as follows; gen2 bottom end Arp Headstuds Cometic .027" mls Headgasket Shimless bucket conversion Custom 258' cams Engle valve springs Custom replenumbed intake manifold ATS phelonic spacer Gen3 transmission with mechanical lsd Garrett Gt3071wg with 38mm Tial wastegate on stock manifold Frozen boost W2A with bosch pump racerx topfeed fuel rail and delphi 1000cc injectors now ID2000s United pump e85 (now on united 107 e85 race blend) Ap engineering Powerfc with hand controller and fc-hako and boost controller Current setup made 295rwkws @ 20ish psi on a conservative tune with a 7000redline heres a quick youtube clip of how the car drives, hope to post heaps more once my gopro arrives https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FTrjxT287LI <-- this video does no justice to how f#$king loud the car is next on the cards is to tidy the body up a little tidy up and im looking for a new set of wheels :D

Wow thats a clean AMP. the current wheels look good on it and i also like the older center panel on the tail lights.. and that ever so familiar sound from the Mechanical LSD. ps - i hope you changed over the dare ice coffee bottle to a proper overflow. cheers

Looks great, is that on a standard bottom end? What compression ratio does that HG equate to? And what fuel pump are you running? I'll be super happy if my build makes around 300 kw, but I think my 720 injectors may limit me

thanks for the kind words guys! dwyer - yes its still a stock bottom end, and im using a walbro 255 fuel pump. As far as the compression goes, i just used the thinnest possible mls gasket, i dont think it was really enough to bump the compression up too much, i dont have a actual figure

Yeah Eric did it at home, just modified the piece with a grinder and a flap disc, I think it's something a little different, no reverse lights though

Nice to its up and running. I guess it's a little quicker than that crazy family sedan? Hope you can make your way to the MR2 Trackday Challenge in 2015. Pat needs some sea fairing buddies to join him.
