Don't think there's really a point to this, is there? I doubt there's anyone on the forum likely to rip anyone off.

I think it works well if there are companies etc that we've had good/bad experiences with. Its basically a place to name and shame.

i have always had great confidence in selling and buying from most people on this forum. another great thing is that on this forum most people respect the price given on items and don't try to low ball :D this is a great thred to start.

Well I might as well share my experiences...
I've bought parts off Gorilla Industries, Surok, v6mr2, Delta V, DB8 and SW20_3SGTE. All round I haven't had any issues with anyone listed above and all seem like great blokes.
Sorry if I've missed anyone, I'm sure I'll think of anyone else later when I'm trying to sleep and it'll keep me awake until I post it lol.
As far as import companies I've dealt with (besides Gorilla Industries). IchiBAN seems pretty good, got a nice deal on my halfcut I bought from them.
I've also had dealings with The Toyshop at Beresfield (Newcastle), and nothing against the quality of service, but I think the drive down to Sydney still works out cheaper than for me to buy parts locally.

I just purchased an item (bought on ebay) from RPMGarage. It was a good transaction and the parts arrived within 7 days of me placing order. Keith from RPM Garage followed the delivery and gave good service. I didn't get around to installing the items until a couple of weeks after and discovered that I only had the left hand side mounting and screws/bolts. I looked through delivery box and bubble wrap but it was apparent the right hand side kit was missing. I emailed Keith and he replied immediately, assuring me he always checks that everything is posted. However I did not have right hand side brackets and emailed for missing parts to be shipped. Keith advised after further emails that he could not get the mounting bits as always delivered with the item, not separately. He thenm offered to take the required parts of his car!!! I felt bad about this. Fortunately when I went home that night I searched the floor where I unpacked the delivery and found the missing brackets: They'd fallen out when I was unpacking my order. I was able to contact Keith and alert him in time that he'd he'd been dealing with a doofus dickhead. However I was blown away by the great service and quick replies from RPM Garage. Keith's after sales service was exceptional.I'm really happy with my purchase. I recommend RPM Garage. cheers Steve

Just sold to Andyo - a very easy transaction. Excellent and constant communication and his organisation of postage was very thorough. Previously bought from:- RPM Garage - excellent packaging and reasonable time on shipping. Very Happy. TwosRus - very impressed. constant updates on order process and tracking. Even refunded the difference between the quoted shipping and the actual cost. Delivered to my door in Tasmania in 6 days, and this is impressive as a letter from Melbourne can take that long somtimes.
