WTB: Drivers door lock (with power lock)

Hi all,
Looking for a replacement door lock mechanism with central locking to replace my worn out lock. Car is a Japanese import which uses the 2 plug variant. (See images). I've attempted to repair but cannot access motor without destroying the mechanism. Has anyone gor one available?
