MAF or MAP, or MAP and MAF together?

I'm researching tuning methods.
Does a Gen 2 MAF restrict KW? Looking at getting 220 rwkw.
Method one: Map only easier to tune, but does not cal air density or sea level changes.
Method two: Map for ignition , MAF for Fuel that can cal air density or sea level changes and can get a cleaner tune control.

What boost psi does a standard gen 2 generate at 3500 rpm?
Using a Links G4
Thanks for any help.

Decision made just invested in a links 4 bar map sensor.
    I'll remove the MAF.

You know your link ecu has a built in barometric pressure sensor that it calculates off continuously in the background?

Also it calculates air density based of air temp and manifold pressure.

I did find out that info, that help make the decision.
