Engine harnes

Can anyone tell me if there is a difference in harnes for 3sge to the 3sgte ,  manual and auto ...?

    Harness as in wiring harness; From non turbo to turbo - yes, labelled 19 and 21 (fuse box area), and different wiring withing different harnesses of the same number depending on the vehicle it came out of.
    Not sure why, however has been the case in solving engine swaps/upgrades in the past.
