3SGTE Head Cam Caps

Hi All,
 
I have a 3SGTE head that only has four (4) out of the ten (10) camshaft bearing caps.  What options are there for replacing the missing caps?  I've heard it's not just a matter of getting a set from another head since they were machined in place.  Appreciate both theoretical and practical answers...

    Or in other words, does it have to be line bored
