Power window regulator

My driver-side windows stopped working in the past month, and after doing some testing with the circuit, i believe that its the regulator has died (power is still going to the circuit as i can power the passenger side via the driver-side switch).I think that its only broken going down, the window is current fully up, but cannot go down. When i flick the switch up you can audibly hear a click like the motor is still active, just can only go up.
With that being said, does anyone know where i can buy/ is anyone able to sell me a driver side regulator? Or is there another issue I may be missing?

Can you hear the drive motor running? A common failure is the stripping of teeth from the drive gear.
