Coolant Change Concern

Hello everyone again.
To those who viewed and helped with my first concern regarding 'Heat Temperature' (gauge), I had it taken care of.
Turns out I not only was low on coolant fluid but apparently I didn't consider a full 'bleed' and 're-bleed' during my past maintenance episode.

Can anyone please tell me what the 'bleed' and re-bleed' tasks consists of?
Obviously to avoid what I encountered before, I can't just do a simple flush and refill of coolant fluid now.

I would very much like to avoid another hefty charge with Toyota Services;).. help would be highly appreciated again so I can help myself next time.

Reminder: I have a MR2_W30 Spyder '01

    Thanks [ Phiz ].
I have downloaded the pdf. I will keep it close in mind and study it for my next maintenance episode:D
