Spyder Brakes

So, it's time for a refresh on the Spyder's brakes but I'm running in to a couple of issues that I am hoping the form can help me with...

Rotors - Late last year I replaced the rotors (and pads) on our STi with DBA 4000 T3s and have been happy with their performance. However, when I contacted DBA I was informed that brakes for the Spyder were obsolete (short and sweet response) so have continued searching for a decent alternative but I am struggling to find anything similar. Is anyone running anything other than OEM on their Spyder or can recommend something they have used which performs well? Ideally I'd like to avoid ordering something from overseas due to the weight.

Callipers - These were DIY painted before I purchased the car and I have always planned on having them redone, so I'm thinking of getting them refurbished. I have found a couple of places but they aren't local. Does anyone have any recommendations for anywhere in VIC that I can drop them in to?

Braided Lines - The car currently has Goodridge lines on, which were on the car when I bought it. Since I am wanting to get the callipers refurbished, I thought it might be worth replacing these too, however I am struggling to find anywhere that supplies Goodridge ones for the Spyder in Australia. Does anyone know where I could get them or should I just pick up a HEL set?

Luckily I can get the pads and fluid that I want! Two down, three to go!!

TIA :)

I used dimpled and slotted RDA brakes.

    Thanks for the response, seasalt!

I've read conflicting things about RDA online. Most seem to have switched out to DBA due to issues.
    How have you found them?
Have you done many kms on them and any "spirited" driving?

Must have been on the car over a year now, and no issues at all. I had a local brake place rebuild my calipers and make me up braided SS lines. Coilovers all seem to have the brake line mounts for pre facelift cars, so I had the lines made to suit the coilover brackets. (Yeah, I'm answering way too late! :-)

I got my rebuild stuff from bendigo specialist brake and clutch for the aw11. Got a clutch from them too. Am sure they could help you source rotors. I have a few friends who also use them for their race cars and would also recommend them.
