WTB Eibach Pro Kit Lowering Springs 8210.140 (MR2 AW11)

Hello,
I need a new set of road springs. Anyone got a set of Eibach or equivalent?
If buying new, wheres a good place to go in Melbourne ?
Are there SC Vrs NA versions to account for the different weights in the back?

Regards,
SteveB

You can get them from the Eibach direct website. The postage was pretty reasonable.

Mine actually go in today. Apparently they were designed for NA, but plenty of people seem to be using them on the SC. Guess I'll find out later today.

    Thanks,
any plans for your old springs?
I have sagged Kings that are nearly new, almost certainly wont meet RWC.
Its a toss up to put originals back in or get Eibach.

front spring rate for the kings is actually prity good.  the rears suck the big one.  have you tried just stock on the rear?

if it's not blown, it sucks

Car is a recent purchase and it came with Kings and Koni, original springs were lost. Kings were contacted and said they would replace the rears if the unloaded spring height measures below their standard.

I am tossing up factory springs, replaced rear kings or just putting in a full set of Eibach to get RWC.

what have you ended up going with?

i am in a similar situation but i have decent rear springs (suspect they are lovell?) and have found out (after 12 y ownership haha) the front springs are actually cut!

so ive been looking into getting an eibach set. the direct site purchase is a bit expensive http://www.eibachdirect.com/p/4962052/pro-kit-.html . my alternative is to grab a set of fronts from either stock (which will look wonky being higher than the lowered rears) or find a low front set from somewhere.... if the front kings are decent and anyone has a set kicking around id be happy to take those? (wonders if thats what surgeon had..)

one other option is to buy from somewhere like Matrix garage, which is only slightly cheaper than Eibach direct once you factor in shipping.

upshot is im looking for either a set of eibach, or front lowered springs of any decent provenance. Anyone? Anyone?

Just Ordered the Eibach's from the USA. I will try and recover some cash from the near new set of Kings in the car if anyones interested (once I've swapped them out). Keep in mind they are too low for "old guy" tastes.......

Bought from Summit Racing, USA (435 AUD total) and are due in 2 weeks time.

While on the topic of suspension, is there a list anywhere of which lower ball joint brands will just fit and which ones don't? I can do factory parts though Amayama, but if anyones had good results with cheaper generics, please say so.
