That is some very handy information!
 
Toyota really did want to make it confusing didn't they! Well I am now running the smaller bore slave cylinder and to be honest I think it gives much better peddle feel than the larger bore and the clutch take up point is in a better position now. (not so close to the floor)
 
Thank you for the added information and hopefully this will help others as well when trying to work it all out.
