Replacement for stock intercooler

Hey everyone!
I've got a Gen III SW20 turbo and am wanting to upgrade the intercooler. I'm wanting to stick to side mounted in the OEM position. I've seen different kits floating around, (one of them is even available here in WA - Empire Performance), but I'm wondering what people have/have used, what's good, what's not, etc.
Also, if you have anything that would suit my requirements please feel free to bring it to my attention.
I'm chasing a bit more power, maybe a figure with a '3' in front of the power figure to try to keep up with my Nissan and V8 fanboy mates on the track, and the stock intercooler is being a bit restrictive.
Thanks and much love! :)

They popular kits like  Berk, Spearco, KO Racing, Greddy are said to be good for 350hp and you'll find that most side mounts you can get off the shelf will be of very similar design so you should expect similar performance.

I'd say a kit like that will suit if your on the low side of 350, but if you want to go over 350hp and keep a side mount then your getting into experimental territory.

RacerX offers a Large core side mount which is advertised as being for 350+ but there is next to no real world experience online to support that yet. I'm hoping performs as claimed as I have one waiting to go on haha! It'll be replacing a Berk side mount so that will be up for grabs in a month or so (fingers crossed)!

I'm curious as to why you're replacing the Berk cooler?

I'm going from a high flowed ct26 to an EFR 7163 and from 18psi up to something around 25psi so the Berk won't be able to handle that :( I'm hoping for 400-450whp so it would be out of it comfort zone haha
