2nd gen 3s-gte valve cover

So my valve cover has been leaking a bit and I've decided I need to go through and fix it all up.
Screws on my head look cactus so I'm thinking of buying one of those bolt sets instead.
a) Is that a good idea/can they introduce other problems (assuming I torque correctly etc)?
b) Do those bolt sets come with the required washers that you'd generally buy along with your gasket set for the screws?
c) Is there anywhere in Australia that sells them or do I need to go further afield?

Those two are examples.

DeltaV used to sell them. You can just go to a good fastners place and they will sell them. And you can get the rubber backed washers from toyota.

    No issues with using them.
