AW11 Leaking Window

Just wondering if anyone else has had issues with rain getting in through the aw11's window weatherstrips? I've already tried Shin-Etsu Silicone Grease on the weatherstrip, but the gap is too big and I'm pretty sure the problem is either with the weatherstrip itself or the door frame mount.
 
The weatherstrip seems to be slightly out of shape (in one section) and doesn't make great contact with the window anymore. I've tried packing the strip which improves things slightly, but there's still a gap. The replacement rubber weatherstrip from twosrus is about $145US without shipping and seems a waste since the vast majority of the strip is in great condition.
 
The other problem might be the 'front lower frame' which is the piece between the door mirror and the interior 'triangle' thingy. Seems like the middle has come apart (Pictured) and the very top plastic bit may have broken off yet at some point. I'm not quite sure about the top plastic bit as I can't seem to find a clear picture of an undamaged one.
 
 

 
The circle is where the leak seems to be coming from. Has the top of the frame broken off or is it supposed to look like that? Any idea where I might be able to find an undamaged 'front lower frame'? Not being able to drive in the rain is getting tedious.

Do you have a targa top? Reason why I ask is that they can leak on the targa gaps, but then they run down the weatherstrip on the inside of the car, and leak right where it meets the triangle part because it creates a drip point from the pressure created where the window finishes.

You can actually take the rubber strip off and insert some high density foam inside the rubber strip. The seal is a tube and from memory has holes in the back of it that are big enough to get some foam inside. I think I cut a bit off a camping mat - it's been a while since I did it. But it pushes the seal back into its original shape and seals the glass and helps wind noise also.
