WTB: Fuel tank tunnel or written of / damaged chassis

Hi all,

Bit of an odd one.... I am chasing a MR2 SW20 fuel tank tunnel.

This is the arch in the middle of the car, from front to rear cabin firewalls, that the fuel tank goes in, gear shifter sits on ect.
Would be after the tunnel and little bit of the floor, ie were the 3 fuel tank brackets/braces bolt to

I need to make a polyurethane foam mold of the fuel tank tunnel, dont ask, so i relay need to have the tunnel flipped upside down, as i am unable to flip my car over onto its roof, and cannot pour upside down, i really need a tunnel cut out of a chassis.

Cutting a fuel tank tunnel out of a chassis would require cutting along the floors and front and rear cabin firewall, so this would stop the chassis from being used again, so obviously this would be from a written of chassis or damaged chassis that someone has laying around that they are parting out for the engine, interior ect and the chassis will just be sold for scrap metal ect.

Im able to remove the fuel tank and interior and cut the tunnel out if anyone has a chassis, and i can even give the tunnel back after a few weeks if required, if chassis is going for scrap metal, will still weigh the same, or just buy the tunnel, or buy the whole chassis for scrap metal prices and pick it up.

I am in Melbourne, so ideally in Victoria, altho if anyone interstate can cut this out and put on a pallet or something, i can arrange courier

Just doing some development work, looking at getting an FIA FT3.5 rated fuel bladder made up by ATL.

Fuel bladders need to be contained in an enclosure on all sides, the easiest way to make one up would be to make a long rectangle aluminium tank (with removable top or side) to support the bladder and then just sit that in the tunnel like a normal tank, however due to the shape of the tunnel, if you try to make this a simple shape, the bladder would end up being very narrow and not so tall, some initial calculations came in around 30L, which is ok for hill climbs or sprints but not endurance.

The best option would be to use the fuel tunnel as 3 sides, to have a bladder made to fit perfect, then make side panels in the tunnel and a removable floor, by doing this it will end up being lighter and double the capacity.

Theres 3 real ways to have this made up, 1 would be to make alot of measurements, i mean alot, another would be to send a tunnel to USA, or have a USA person cut a tunnel and send over, or make a foam mold and send the light foam mold, im looking at this as I have some specific requirements for outlets, (for example re fueling wont be via rear fender or pipes entering the engine bay) access panels to replace foam, access internal pumps ect, so wanted to be able to mock these up on a foam mold.
