Power steering into non power steering MR2

How much work is involved in swapping from non-power assist to power assist in a sw20?

Kind Regards
Senol :)

I see a lot of PS conversions where they graft an electric-assist power steering lower with upper half of your original steering column. That way you don't need to worry about running hydraulic lines and a pump in the engine bay.

Only thing you need to worry about is obviously finding the correct column to fit the SW20 one, and a mechanism to turn off EPS when not in use, which usually involves tapping into an ACC power source and using a relay to turn on EPS when it detects steering movement.

SW20 PS is EHPS, electronic hydraulic pump, dosnt have hydraulic pump in the engine bay or lines to the engine bay.

    That sounds very promising.
