Question : Remove the SW20 cigarette lighter

Does anyone know how to replace it?
Currently it does not deliver any voltage, yet there is voltage getting to the cigarette lighter. It looks gunked or rusted up.
Maybe we should just sort that in situ, rather than pulling it out, ??

    Plan B, was to try to clean out the rust in situ, with some rust converter and a screw driver tip.
    2 fuses later, Steve understands a bit more about live wires. (Glad he wasn't working on 240v).
    Anyway job done, lighter socket tested and is working.
