What headlights have you put in? They look great. How much better than stock are they?

I do a bit of long distance driving, so i'm looking for ways to improve my lighting, especially my high beam.

Thanks Darius,
I've currently got Narva Plus120 globes, but i'd like to improve the high beam. I've got plenty of kangaroos to dodge, and i'm not keen to find out what would happen if i hit one in a MR2 lol.
