Oil Catch Can - who has one and whats the advice

Hi All,

I am still in the process of getting the recently purchased 1993 Mr2 Turbo running and road worthy - seems to be a never ending process.

Whats everyone's opinion on Oil Catch Cans / Oil Separators - who has one, what did you get, whats your feedback... as the world wide web has many posts however would like MR2 owners in Australias feedback (please no posts from people trying to sell there products)...

Cheers

It depends on what you want to do with your car. If it's just for the street - leave it the way Toyota intended.
I have a 2 Litre can in my racer that drains back into the sump. It has a vent to atmosphere. It is baffled internally and also has holes in the top with race tape over them. This is a safety mechanism in case the breather blocks. The pressure will push the race tape off.
    My can is custom made.
