Replacement Turbo Upgrade

Looking for suggestions to upgrade the ct26, however as it is twin entry (does that matter) would like to know what my options are ie. what happens if I had single entry?? Cheers in advance

    Twin entry dosent mean too much, go talk to a performance shop and get a few prices and options on a new manifold and turbo setup. they will ask all the right questions.
