SW20 Interior Plastics

I'm just going to throw this out there. I had my interior plastics hydro-dipped in a carbon look alike finish. The parts were never returned to me and therefore I'm well and truly out of pocket. The gearshift surround would be a giveaway as it was a Twos'R'Us (?) metal plate but without the aluminium ring. If anyone in the last 12 months or so has bought similar items from either Modicoat, Mad Coatings, or a Brian Hastings could you let me know please. I don't want the parts back, I'm just putting a case together for the Department of Fair Trading and it is more weight if it can be proved that he on sold the parts.
