Wiper motor issues

Yet another small problem with my SW20.
My wipers do work, however, on the fastest speed setting, they go extremely slow.
Is it time for a new wiper motor or is there a work around to fix mine? And is there any compatible wiper motors from other cars that may fit that anyone knows of?
