3SGTE built engine/ Apexi AVCr/Tuned length high mount exhaust/GTX3071r. new photo's
After toiling with the 3SGTE for a few years I'm fitting the 3.5 V6 which is better (financially and heat management) suited to the rigors of 300km.
The tuner did a poor tune which broke the turbo core ball bearing sending fragments into the sump with some small grains going through the through the engine. Damage was found by a bearing inspection. The engine has since been removed stripped back to the block, cleaned, inspected, the crank was linished with new bearings fitted to the rods and main journals.
Everything is now back in perfect order ready for assembly. Oil pump was also inspected which is in good order.
ECU is new and a treat to work with and plenty of support out there to get you up and running.
Shipping can be organised through e-Go transport which can have the engine to you for around $200-$350 to just about anywhere or you can pick up from Sydney or I can drop it off as far as Canberra to Bathurst or Newcastle.
Its an excellent opportunity to build a street weapon for a fair price if you when and pieced it together on your own.

Due to the conversion of a electric water pump, you will need a new water pump and plumbing back to the intake manifold.

V band connection from turbo to muffler
GTX3071r with .82 housing and anti- surge inlet housing. The turbo core needs replacement.
Synapse 50mm external wastegate with v band fitting to exit pipe. Some minor work will be required to have this plumbed into the exhaust system

3" dump pipe, flex fitting under the sump.
All exhaust has been ceramic coated and wrapped in titanium wrap.
The initial cost for this set up was over double the asking price with only a few hours use.

ECU and wiring Haletec Sports 1000 tuned to suit the engine but will require refinement before being used for any 'work' .

Has Haltec ECU plugs with coils/injectors/sensors wired in. This will need to be adjusted to suit your application.
ECU was used for less than 30 mins. If it would work with the 2GR I would keep it but it ill not so it has to be sold off.
