Wipers busted

When you say "rotors", do you mean the wiper spindles that the arms fit on to?  These are accessed by removing the wiper arms (a lift up plastic cap and a nut holds the arm onto a splined shaft), then carefully prise up the fasteners along the plastic trim panel and remove.  once this is removed you'll see three bolts that hold each spindle up to the panel.

OK, makes it a little different - but still easy.
 
Once again, lift the caps and undo the nuts that hold the arms to the spindles.  Then ease the two plastic grille trims out of the scuttle - the sides squeeze in to pop the tabs out.  The spindles are held in with three nuts, undo those and let the mechanism drop down into the cavity.  Now it gets a little fiddly.  Undo the three bolts that hold the wiper motor to the front face of the scuttle, lower it slightly and GENTLY lever the alloy rod away from the arm on the motor.  It's held in a plastic bushing on the pivot point, and just needs firm but GENTLE pressure to pop it out of the socket.
 
Now remove the wiper motor, and you can ease the arm assembly out of the cavity.

Now don't scare the lad  , must have been another car.
 
I forgot to mention you need to undo the electrical  connector on the wiper motor before it will move enough.
