A '92 ADM 3sge should have a hydraulic tensioner.
(BTW, if you ever have to compress them to re-fit the pin, you can do it in a vice, but only tighten
VERY slowly so as not to damage them).
I got a genuine Toyota water pump, and tensioner, along with a Gates timing belt from R and T, but you would have to ring them to find what they would sell you. BTW, better to phone them rather than to email.
Also maybe a good idea to check your belt rollers too.
AS Dennis says you may need to chock the ring gear so you can use a breaker bar to remove the pulley nut.
I suppose you would know to only use a 6 sided well fitting impact type socket.
