Further report on the brake pads - simply awesome! I've not tried others so can not really compare but great bang for buck ($US 150 + postage for front and rear)

Anyone driving with stock bushes - do yourself a favour and get a full bushes kit and you will be pleasantly surprised at how much difference it will make.

Twosrus - A++ for service

Yes that's right I am moving my car to Adelaide this weekend, and I will be following it sometime later in the year. It will be locked away in the garage until I get there (except for my frequent visits if I have time to take it out)

I'm sure it will miss the winding roads of Tassie, and the infrequent but excellent days of cruising with other MR2's on the apple isle.

It won't take me long to find others in SA to cruise with.....

Or excellent roads, the Lobethal - Corkscrew - Montacute loop was one of my Favs when I live there

Shame Melbourne has no equivalent.

Yep, they're Enkei 'Racing' wheels - same as mine. You also seem to have the same muffler etc I have. I've been told that it is an HKS set-up, but mine is matched to a set of Cusco extractors. Very pretty (in a masculine sort of way!!). Enjoy!!

if it makes you feel any better scz, my exhaust is exactly the same, with long runnered 4-1 cusco extractors, with the twin tipped twin inline mufflers (which have jasma tags on them)

That's one of the things that intrigues me most with the MR's - you can line up 10 of 'the same model' but they all will have had something different done to them. All are individual cars.

My car just turned over 92000 km's this morning. I'm having to use it as a daily this week and for a bit longer  due to an idiot running into my normal daily drive.
Six years of ownership and 25000 km's

Talk about an epic BUMP!
92,000...wow didn't know it was THAT low?! -sure it hasn't been wound back scott? haha
my daily this month is mums Vienta V6, such a nice car in peak hour traffic compared to the MR2 or the bike.
Sorry to hear about your daily, there are some morons out there!

No real way of knowing if its been wound back. The paint is original and looks pretty damn good compared to what I've seen so I'm hoping it might be accurate. If it was wound back they would have wound back to a value closer to avg for the time it was imported which was still over 100 000. So who knows.
Either way its still only done 25 000 in the past 6 years. When you take out the 2 trips from Tas to Adelaide that does not leave much

nice to hear you've still got this. its a beaut example of an adub.. :)

I got mine only a couple months after you, and still have it too. :)
fair few more km though.. as yours hits 92,000, mines hitting 380,000...! technically, anywhere your cars been once, mines been four times!

anyway, keep up the good work.. and enjoy. :)

Thanks RdS! I certainly enjoy driving it but time and money has been scarce since moving to Adeliade. PLans are to start restoring it a bit more - rubbers etc. but then those RayBrig lights you have look awesome. Modernising and sharpening it up it a little without being obvious.
