Sunday 1 July - Vic MR2 Club Cruise.
Meet at 9.30 for 10am departure at McDonald's Rowville corner Stud and Fulham roads. (see map)
We would also welcome any non-club member MR2 owners to come along, and join us for the cruise and lunch. 
 
We're heading via Upwey, Monbulk, Emerald, Launching Place, Toolangi Forest, Kinglake, lunch at a surprise location near St Andrews and stopping for a bit of culture and cafe along the way.  


  
  
 

Anything like this happening again in the next coming months? Maybe the warmer months would be nice. This location is ridiculously close to me (2-3 minutes drive max) and would love to have my car ready to go cruising with some other MR2s in the area with some nice sun and dry roads.
 
Car is still in need of work, including a bunch of cosmetic (respray, wheels sandblasted and resprayed, body kit replaced, cut and polish) And in general more roadworthy issues I need to do.

Yes, there is another meet in just over 2 weeks on 29 th of July.
Different area, but still good MR2 roads.
Driving in Summer is great of course, but events in winter often means that we have the roads virtually to ourselves - a big plus IMO.
