Vic Club meet July 29 th
Victorian MR2 Club Western Ranges Cruise Date: Sunday 29th July For this one we will be heading West of the city to the Brisbane Ranges. Plenty of good MR2 roads out there, and the route has been swapped around from last year to make it more interesting, ending up at the Little River Hotel for lunch. So afterwards that will mean a only short trip back to the city via the freeway. As usual, any non-club member MR2 owners are also welcome to join us. Meeting place: McDonald's car park, cnr Ballarat Rd and Robinsons Rd Deer Park (Melways Map 25 A6) Time: Meet 9.45 for 10.15 am start.

I dug up a couple of pics from last year's meet around the Brisbane Ranges, taken near Durdiwarrah. Surprisingly on that occasion adub's out numbered sdubs that was good to see. That doesn't happen very often, so it'll be interesting to see how many turn up this year.

Hmm apparently there's an 86 cruise on the same day can't decide which one to go :'( I've yet to come to an MR2 cruise but I wanna check out the 86 as well :"( if only everyone took the same route lol
P.S Actually I need my car back first lol

Hope you guys can make it.
That area on a Sunday is generally fairly quiet, unlike to the east of Melb, so we should have the roads mostly to ourselves. Anyway it will go ahead, rain or shine.
BTW, the pub at the finish has great food, and very cheap.

Looks like I won't be able to make it :(
Car still in workshop and engine is running rough so needs a bit more time for R&D (more like trial & error). Most likely 80% chance of attendance next cruise tho.

Great pics adis. Thanks for putting them up. The cruise went great with mainly dry roads and fine weather and we had the roads virtually to ourselves with a total of eight Sdubs and one Spyder. Three of the Sdubs were non club-member cars (one from Ballarat) that was good to see. In a week or so I will post the details for the next Vic Club meet. This was taken near the end of the cruise
