As referred to in another post, here are the details of the March MR2 club run: Non-Club member MR2 owners also welcome to join us. Start: Meet 9.30am for 10am start. When: Sunday 4 March Location: Cnr Forest Rd and Mountain Hwy, The Basin. (Map: http://g.co/maps/3m97f) There is a car park on this corner; we will park in there and we can visit the 'Chocolate Dragonfly' cafe for coffees etc. We will be cruising up through the Dandenongs and beyond and stop for lunch somewhere in or near Healesville; details to be provided on the day. Please RSVP to events@mr2club.com.au (so we know the numbers to book for lunch). Also, don't forget the MR2 Club run on March 25 th, going up to the Heathcote Drags. I will post the meeting place details for this one later.

Gonna be very tight for me. Just discovered what a pain in the ass changing the rear swaybar is and only have a few nights to go and will need an alignment. Will prob bring the bike if cars not a goer.

Changing the rear swaybar is not too hard if you have a trolley jack and jack stands. With the car on jackstands, the rear x-member only needs to be lowered slightly just enough to access the 2 swaybar holding bracket studs to get the bar out. Use the trolley jack under the x-member to support it when you undo the 4 holding bolts.

so what are the numbers looking like on this one guys? And what you have to get the rear re-aligned if you change the swaybar... damn :( that'd be the same if u did the bushes right?

With just changing the rear swaybar you shouldn't need a re-alignment. Changing rear bushes would.
