A fantastic Nationals weekend plus the 6 day tour.
It was my first trip there and I found Tasmania amazing, with about 2300 kms clocked up around the twistiest roads I have ever seen.
Imagine a couple of hundred 'Black Spur' roads end to end, or a few dozen 'Great Ocean Roads' one after the other.
Imagine also
not seeing another car for a half an hour while you are driving them - how good can it get lol?
Baskerville was a very interesting track and we all had a ball.
One of our NA Sdubs put in an incredible 200 kms on the day (90 odd laps) so you can get an idea of how much he enjoyed it, especially since he also had to drive it all the way back to Queensland lol.
I'm sure there will be a lot of pics posted when people get a chance.
Here is a pic of the 'Show and Shine' in Hobart on the Saturday.
I didn't count the numbers, but several Tas cars were also displayed, with perhaps about 30 MR2's all together.
The '90 model red Sdub in the foreground won first prize for being
completely stock with zero mods - unusual these days.
