VASS Engineer sought Victoria

Hi all. Newbie trying to register my 1st ZZW30. It has a 2zz and 6 speed transplant and needs VASS certification. Can anyone recommend someone in Victoria. I have the VicRoads list of engineers but would prefer someone familiar with this swap.

    Found an engineer and jumping through the hoops. Already struck a few obstacles but hopefully able to clear them all.
