Stiff gear change after driveline swap?

Hey all, Hoes anybody know of any company that makes and sells tvis elimination plates for a bigport 4age?? I can't gut the standard tvis plate, as i don't have one, and would rather buy a pre made unit rather than buy a tvis setup and modify it. Cheers..

Just going to change my gearbox oil and research is just confusing me on what oil to use. I have a manual SW20 G Ltd... build date 04/1990 and I was leaning towards Amsoil 75-90. GL4 75-90 seems to be the norm but in my owners manual ( UK ) it says to use API GL3 Multipurpose. I'm wondering if thats..

Broken Exhaust Mounts?

So my rear exhaust mounts have gone on the my MR2. Need to get it sorted quite soon. Is this simply a replaceable part? how easy are they to get a hold of? Or do people repair them? Know some of the Honda crew fill engine mounts with poly-urethane effectively making them solid? Could a similar thing..

Cracked block

I just cracked a block, back of number 2 cylinder. Not happy. About 400hp at crank, 22psi, stock head and manual NA cams. 0.20th (0.5mm) oversized forged pistons. 7500rpm limit.
