Lots of Oil Leaks

I have a 91 SW20. Motor runs really well for a daily driver but it leaks lots of oil. There is oil around the timing belt cover, found oil in one of the spark plug chambers as well. Its an oily mess.The question is.....is it practical to remove the engine, replace all the seals, gaskets, water pump,..
