Tyre placard

So upon inspection my sdub dosnt seem to have a tyre placard fitted anywhere that I could find. Just wondering if anyone could take a high res photo of theres from a straight on angle (and possibly put a ruler next to it so i can make it the proper dimensions) and post it so that I can recreate ..

Lowered 91 Sw20 gtplanning on buying a set of Work xd9 rims the sizes are 18x9 +20 fronts 18x10+38 rears Not too sure if they will fit, if not is it just a case of rolling the gaurds. etc Thanks..

Kumho KU36 vs. Toyo R888
