Aftermaket: Oil pressure adapter.

SORRY guys, i did some searching but couldnt find anything good enough, spark plugs what gap is good for my turbo, stock standard 92 gen 2 turbo engine, i was thinking denso ik20 0.8,mm gap. would that be fine its running 10psi and i will be putting on a ct20b in the near future also what heatrange..
