Evo Seats in SW20

I was at a meet once and i sat in someones SW20 with Recaro Evo 9 seats (leather). Just wondering who it was and what rails you used? I sat in them and they were low enough. As i recently just fitted my recaro evo 7 with Bride Type RO rails and it sits higher than stock. Thanks!..
