Shallow/Stubby Steering Boss

My steering boss for my quick release steering wheel is roughly 65mm from the base where it bolts on to the steering column to the plate that attaches the steering wheel. Im looking for a boss thats roughly half that. Anybody know where I can get one that is not huge $$?..
