Car won't idle

When I first got my SW20 GT in November last year it would sometimes not start first go. Then it would take 2 or 3 goes to start it in the morning, but now it won't idle at all without stalling. Has new spark plugs and leads, and from what I can see there isn't any vacuum leaks. Anyone got any idea ..
