Coil overs or replacement struts?

My 1990 n/a mr2 has original struts too my belief, i'm now in the process of buying struts but everyone is saying go too coilovers. This is my daily driver and i'm wondering whether it is worth the upgrade too coil overs since I want to lower the car so struts are going to be a similar price..

Went off with a bang

Well I finally had the car tuned with the TD-06 etc and was doing really well at 16psi. I decided to up the boost to 18psi and before even another quarter of a psi was added the head gasket failed. Hmmm oh well time for a decent metal one I guess. My question is what is the thickness of the standard..

Power windows solved, but now mirrors...

After taking a short hiatus, I'm back! (only to be asking for help lol)So my LHS power window stopped working after a very "spirited" run a few days ago but it was working perfectly fine before that. Regulator was replaced when I bought the car back in 2011 and I think electric motors are quite hard..

How to find boot/trunk lock number?

So I have a 1991 mr2 GT.The problem is the previous owner has lost the boot key, and it seems the boot cable has detached from the mechanism.I can get a key cut for the boot if I know the lock number.Is there any way to get this number without paying a locksmith $110to pick the lock?Cheers..
