Stuck distributor Lead "tip"

I've had my 1990 SW20 Turbo for 5 years and never replaced the leads/rotor or distributor cap. Yes my bad. So I've done the right thing and got all the goodies(OEM) from twosrus. How to remove AW11 fuel door release

I am in the process of repainting the adub and have got the body stripped bare. The only thing I can't work out is how to remove the fuel door release. Really tinny noise form engine or exhaust
