Headlights on Highbeam

Hi guys. prettt much my lights are always on Highbeam. I've adjusted the headlights so they sit lower and not so bad but it is aproblem I should fix. Anyone had this issue? Thanks...

I have got my dash in the trimmers at the minute getting recovered in micro suede He is having an issue with the glue not going off because of the plasticiser in the Vinyl Does anyone on here have experience with this and can recommend a glue that works..
