Cooling fans.

Hi, just after some help working out why my radiator cooling fans are not coming on when I disconnect engine bay temp sensor. The interviewer fan comes on but not rad fans. They do work because they come on with turbo timer. I'm guessing it has something to do with turbo timer. Any ideas?..

SW20 Rad Fan issue
